Home Brew Video is the sister site to Home Brew Audio, both authored by Ken Theriot, a musician, recording engineer, and by increasing necessity, video editor and producer. The goal of both of these sites is to encourage and teach regular folks (as opposed to trained engineers and technicians) to create professional audio and video from their computers.
