Welcome To Home Brew Video – The Video Recording Website

As an example of where home-brewed audio and home-brewed video combine, check out the video to the left.

Interestingly, we have gotten almost as many comments about how we did the video on this as how we did (and how you can) do the audio.

Welcome to Home Brew Video!  On this site you will find resources to help you create professional quality video on your home computer, whether you are just starting out or even if you already have some experience with video.

That’s just one of the many types of things you will find on this site.

We are the same folks responsible for Home Brew Audio, which, as you might guess, is a site for helping you create professional quality audio on your home computer.  Since we have been doing so much video for HBA, it seemed silly not to share what we’ve learned in doing our video tutorials and demonstrations over there.

There is quite a lot of content that is common to both sites, so there will be a fair amount of cross-over on occasion.  If you are interested in both audio and video excellence, be sure to bookmark both sites:

Hope to see you around campus!

Hello,
Please, give me an idea, of all these (Sony) software packages, the best for video editing, as you’ve done with the “Helplessly Hoping” demo, would be…….? By the way, that is absolutely amazing! I must have listened 20 times, or so. :o ) Thanks!

Hi Bob. thanks for the comment on the video:). I used Sony Vegas Pro to do the Helplessly Hoping Video. I plan to do a tutorial of how I did that in the very near future.

Hope that helps!

Ken
